Drive customer and revenue growth for a CBD brand in a category where Google and Social platforms restrict the use of paid, making it difficult for a new eCommerce store to acquire new customers and revenue.

We understood that super users of Pureis products were 55+ and using the product for pain management, secondly, we uncovered a means to have a presence in paid media IF the featured product was a topical and not an oral product.
Solution
Paid media from Facebook directed an older and more likely to click audience pureistopicals.ie, this allowed the brand to scale their news customers. Step two was segmented eCRM (Klaviyo) to educate people on how to use, when they would see benefits and after periods had elapsed – reminders to refill.
